This would be interesting to say the least.
The thing I’ve noticed with the recent trends is that Anthropic seems to emphasize safety guardrails and has publicly staked out “red lines” around things like mass surveillance and autonomous weapons. OpenAI has also made similar commitments to the Department of Defense, but they’ve been more willing to work closely with government contracts and now these equity discussions.

I personally love using Claude, particularly Claude Code. It's surprisingly good. Additionally, I do have high hopes from Grok Code and it' has noticeably improved a lot over the past few months.

As far as the government collab is concerned, I'm not opposed to it if it's non-invasive and handled correctly. AI is critical for national defense.

It's personal opinion at the end of the day but I haven't had any issues with Chat so far. I've tried both and I think they're both good, but Chat is just more deeply embedded in people's psychology. It's kinda like the Tesla of AI.
